Brew Guide
4g FLU-FIGHTER tea
230ml water just off the boil
3 min brew (or until pale pinkish hue)

Luxurious ingredients from Egypt, Turkey, India and Thailand come together to create something truly delicious to ward of the winter blues. Citrus notes on the nose and palette, with a spicy wintery profile that lingers after every sip – on another level to generic supermarket lemon & ginger dust in a bag!

To refresh your digestion and refill your body with vitamin C, the lemongrass leaves and lemon pieces club together for a boost of much needed energy. The spicy ginger, cloves, cinnamon and cardamon will ward off nausea, act as a natural anti-inflammatory, and will cure any hangover you may still have from the festive period. Finally, the real apple pieces balance out and soften the overwhelming citrus in this blend, while the hibiscus, high in antioxidants, will add a gorgeous warming pinkish glow to your brew.

It’s currently available online and in store to buy/refill.
