These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you visit, browse, or purchase from Porter Hill Tea Company (“we”, “us”, “our”) via our website and online store (the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We may refuse or cancel an order for any reason (for example, stock issues, suspected fraud, or pricing errors). If we cancel or change an order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Prices are shown at checkout and may change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at the time you place your order.

Unless stated otherwise, prices may exclude delivery charges and any applicable taxes/duties (for international orders).

You agree to provide valid payment details and authorise us (or our payment providers) to charge the total amount shown at checkout.

 

5) Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays outside our control (including carrier delays).

Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the address provided (or as otherwise set out by the delivery service).

 

6) Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

 

7) Intellectual property

All content on the Services (including text, images, branding, logos, and design) is owned by or licensed to Porter Hill Tea Company and protected by intellectual property laws.
