Shipping policy

Delivery

Every order is hand-packed at our shop at 14 Westgate, Byram Arcade, Huddersfield. Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

UK delivery

Free standard delivery on orders of £35 or more.

Standard delivery (Royal Mail, usually 2–3 working days):

  • Orders up to 750g – £2.80
  • Orders 750g to 2kg – £3.45
  • Orders over 2kg – £5.15

Express delivery (Royal Mail, usually 1–2 working days):

  • Orders up to 750g – £3.70
  • Orders 750g to 2kg – £4.85
  • Orders over 2kg – £6.10
  • Free on orders of £100 or more

Weights are the packed weight of your order, including pouches and packaging. The exact rate for your basket is shown at checkout before you pay.

Channel Islands and Isle of Man

£3.50 per order, or free on orders of £35 or more.

International delivery

  • European Union – £14.99 per order
  • Rest of world (including Australia, Canada, Switzerland, UAE, USA) – £23.99 per order

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices. Delivery times vary by destination and are typically 5–14 working days.

Click and collect

Choose Pickup at checkout to collect from Porter Hill, 14 Westgate, Byram Arcade, Huddersfield HD1 1ND, free of charge. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours and we will email you when yours is waiting.

Subscriptions

Subscription deliveries are dispatched on your chosen schedule and charged at the same rates as one-off orders. You can change, pause or cancel a subscription at any time from the links in your order emails.

Tracking and delays

You will receive an email when your order is dispatched. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees, and we cannot control carrier delays, but if a parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch please email matt@porterhill.co.uk with your order number and we will sort it out.

Returns

Returns are handled under our Refund policy: you have 14 days from delivery to return unopened items in their original packaging, and we will replace or refund anything that arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect.
