Tea with a twist

Fun flavoured teas and playful loose leaf blends

Not every cup needs to be serious. Sometimes you want a mug of something that makes you smile—a tea that tastes like pudding, or summer fruit, or a café treat without the queue. This collection gathers our most playful blends: teas that lean into bold, surprising flavours and refuse to be boring.

The range spans fruity herbal infusions like Strawberry Rhubarb and Honeyed Peach through to dessert-inspired black teas such as Mint Choc Chip, Black Forest Gateaux and Tiramisu. There are tropical notes in Mango Fire, tangy brightness in Cranberry Apple Tart, and a splash of citrus in Orange Jasmine Oolong. Whether you drink tea with milk or without, caffeinated or herbal, there is something here that feels like a small treat.

These blends suit anyone who enjoys flavour-forward teas—curious newcomers, seasoned loose leaf drinkers after a change of pace, or anyone hunting for an interesting gift. We hand-pack every order in Yorkshire.

How to choose

01

Caffeine or none

Black tea blends like Vanilla Chai and Blueberry Maple contain caffeine. Most fruit and herbal options are naturally caffeine-free, and we stock Decaf Mint Choc Chip for evening sipping.

02

Sweet or tangy

After something pudding-like, try Tiramisu or Strawberry Chocolate. Prefer sharper fruit notes, go for Raspberry Lemon Verbena or Cranberry Apple Tart.

03

Milk friendly

Vanilla Chai and Mint Choc Chip work well with a splash of milk. Lighter herbals like Rainbow Tea and Honeyed Peach are best brewed neat.

Good questions

Things people ask us in the shop

Further reading

What is flavoured tea made from?

Most flavoured teas start with a base—black, oolong or herbal—then natural extracts, dried fruit, flowers or spices are blended in. Our range uses loose leaf ingredients you can see in the caddy.

Can you add milk to flavoured tea?

It depends on the blend. Robust black tea bases like Vanilla Chai or Mint Choc Chip take milk nicely. Fruity herbals and lighter oolongs tend to taste cleaner without.

Are herbal tea flavours caffeine-free?

Herbal infusions made from fruit, flowers and herbs (no Camellia sinensis) are naturally caffeine-free. Check individual listings—black tea and oolong blends do contain caffeine.

How should I brew loose leaf flavoured tea?

Use freshly boiled water for black teas, slightly cooler (around 85°C) for oolongs. Steep for three to five minutes, taste, and adjust next time. A teaspoon per cup is a good starting point.

Do fun flavoured teas taste artificial?

Not ours. We blend with real ingredients—dried strawberries, cocoa beans, jasmine petals—so the flavour comes through naturally rather than tasting like a sweet shop.
