If life feels a bit frantic, put the kettle on.
Calming Tulsi is one of those teas that’s very easy to enjoy. It’s naturally caffeine free, full of fruit, and has just enough tulsi to make it interesting without feeling like you’re drinking a herb garden.
Strawberry and apple bring a gentle sweetness, hibiscus adds a little brightness, and rosehip rounds everything off. Then comes the tulsi. Fresh, slightly peppery, with hints of basil and citrus, it gives the blend a character all of its own.
People have been drinking tulsi for centuries and it’s still one of the best-known herbs in Ayurvedic tradition. Many enjoy it as part of their daily wellbeing routine, particularly when life gets a bit hectic.
We’re not saying a cup of tea can solve all your problems. If only it were that easy. But it can give you ten quiet minutes to yourself, and sometimes that’s not a bad place to start.
If you’ve never tried tulsi before, this is an easy introduction.
