Summer Blossom Honey is the sort of honey that reminds you why local honey is worth seeking out.
Produced by bees foraging across the flowers, trees, and hedgerows of the Holme Valley, each jar reflects the changing landscape of a Yorkshire summer. The result is a beautifully balanced honey with a natural sweetness, delicate floral notes, and a smooth finish that works just as well stirred into tea as it does spread onto warm toast.
Unlike heavily processed supermarket honey, this is honey as it should be. Raw, local, and full of character.
We particularly enjoy it drizzled over porridge, paired with yoghurt and fruit, or added to a pot of black tea when the weather turns colder. Once you’ve tried it, it’s difficult to go back to ordinary honey.

FAQs
What does Summer Blossom Honey taste like?
Expect a smooth, rounded honey with gentle floral notes and a clean natural sweetness.
Why does local honey vary from jar to jar?
The flavour depends on the flowers available to the bees during the season, making each harvest slightly unique.
Does honey need to be refrigerated?
No. Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight.
Why has my honey crystallised?
Crystallisation is a natural process and a sign that the honey has been minimally processed. Simply stand the jar in warm water if you prefer a runnier consistency.
