Named after the Old Norse word for “feather”, Fjødr is Danelaw’s lightest and brightest roast — a coffee created for those moments when you want to discover just how vibrant coffee can be. Blending exceptional coffees from Africa and Latin America, it delivers a cup bursting with fruit, sweetness, and character.
Expect bright citrus notes, juicy berries, and ripe stone fruit, all carried by a lively acidity and a lingering tropical fruit finish. It’s the sort of coffee that surprises people who think coffee should only taste of chocolate and roast.
For some, Fjødr is the coffee that changes everything — the first sip that reveals how complex and expressive speciality coffee can be. Brewed as espresso it’s vibrant and sherbet-like. As a filter coffee it becomes sweet, fruity, and endlessly fascinating.
Roasted just a few miles from Porter Hill in Holmfirth, this is a coffee for curious drinkers and adventurous mornings.
