Discover the bright, clean energy of Izu Matcha — a premium, finely ground green tea powder made for those who value clarity, calm, and flavour. With its vivid emerald hue and smooth, grassy depth, this matcha is as beautiful to behold as it is to sip.
Traditionally reserved for Japanese tea ceremonies, matcha is now a global wellness staple — loved for its slow-release caffeine, high antioxidant content, and versatility. Whether whisked into a mindful morning ritual or blended into smoothies, iced lattes, or baking, Izu Matcha delivers balance and brightness in every scoop.
Grown under shade for weeks before harvest to intensify flavour and preserve nutrients, the tea leaves are steamed, dried and carefully stone-ground to a fine, velvety powder. The result? A gently uplifting brew with a naturally sweet, umami-rich character and no bitterness.
✨ Why you’ll love it:
- Smooth, vibrant flavour with fresh vegetal notes and natural sweetness
- Rich in antioxidants – supports energy, focus and inner balance
- Caffeine without the crash – thanks to naturally occurring L-theanine
- Versatile – perfect for traditional preparation, lattes, or culinary use
- Beautiful emerald colour that reflects its quality and freshness

How do I prepare matcha?
Whisk 1 tsp of matcha with a splash of hot (not boiling) water to make a paste, then top up with 70–80°C water. Optional: add milk or sweetener.
Can I use this matcha in recipes?
Absolutely – Izu Matcha is perfect for lattes, smoothies, baked goods, and even savoury dishes like dressings or noodle broths.
