Light, bright, caffeine-free

Summer herbal blends for sunny-day sipping

When the weather warms up, a hot cuppa can still hit the spot, but sometimes you want something lighter. This collection brings together herbal infusions that taste fresh and clean, whether you brew them hot or chill them down for iced tea. Every blend here is naturally caffeine-free, so you can drink them morning, noon or late into a long summer evening without a second thought.

The range covers plenty of ground. Organic Chamomile Tea offers that familiar honeyed calm. Raspberry Lemon Verbena brings a fruity brightness that works beautifully over ice. Lemongrass Tea is citrusy and sharp, while Eucalyptus Tea has a cooling, clearing quality. If you fancy something a bit different, Rainbow Tea adds colour and gentle sweetness, and Bramble delivers hedgerow flavour in a cup.

These teas suit anyone after flavour without the buzz. Handy for warm afternoons, garden gatherings, or just keeping hydrated when plain water feels dull. We hand-pack every order in Yorkshire.

How to choose

01

Pick by flavour profile

Prefer citrus notes? Go for Lemongrass Tea or Raspberry Lemon Verbena. After something mellow and floral? Organic Chamomile Tea or Calming Tulsi will suit. Eucalyptus Tea brings herbal freshness with a cooling edge.

02

Hot or iced

Every tea here cold-brews well. Steep in cool water for four to six hours in the fridge, strain and serve over ice. Raspberry Lemon Verbena and Lemongrass are particularly good this way.

03

Occasion matters

Hosting a barbecue or picnic? Brew a big batch of Rainbow Tea or Bramble to keep guests refreshed. For quieter moments, Calming Tulsi or Chamomile make a gentle end to the day.

Good questions

Things people ask us in the shop

Can I make iced tea with herbal blends?

Yes. Cold-brew any of these by steeping in cool water for four to six hours, then strain. Alternatively, brew hot at double strength, then pour over ice. Both methods work well.

Are summer herbal teas caffeine-free?

All eight blends in this collection are naturally caffeine-free. They contain no Camellia sinensis, so you can enjoy them any time without affecting sleep.

What does lemongrass tea taste like?

Lemongrass has a bright, citrusy flavour with a light grassy note. It tastes clean and refreshing hot, and even crisper when chilled.

How much loose leaf tea do I need per cup?

Around one teaspoon or two grams per 200ml is a good starting point. Check each product page for exact brewing suggestions.
