The story

Discover your next herbal favourite

Deep berry flavour, a ruby-red cup and a juicy finish. Bramble layers jammy blackcurrant and elderberry with bright hibiscus for a generous fruit infusion.

Naturally caffeine-free, it is delicious in a cosy evening mug or an iced pitcher to share. Full of hedgerow character, with a lively balance of fruit sweetness and refreshing tang.

How to brew it

How to brew a proper cup

01Hot

Amount
1 teaspoon (about 3g)
Water
Freshly boiled, 100°C
Time
3 minutes

Produces a vibrant ruby cup. Steeping longer deepens the colour and tartness.

02Iced

Amount
1.5 teaspoons per glass
Water
Cold, filtered
Time
8–12 hours in the fridge

Strain into a glass over ice. Add a slice of orange if you fancy.

03Pitcher brew

Amount
3 tablespoons
Water
1 litre, boiled then cooled slightly
Time
5 minutes, then chill

Brew strong, pour over a full jug of ice and top up with cold water.

Shop tip: A longer steep brings deeper colour and more hibiscus tang. Adjust to your taste.

Good questions

Things people ask us in the shop

Does Bramble contain caffeine?

This herbal infusion is naturally caffeine-free.

Can I add milk?

Best without. The fruit and tartness do not pair well with dairy, and you would lose that gorgeous ruby colour.

How many cups will I get from a pouch?

At about 3g per cup, 50g makes roughly 16 cups and 100g about 33 cups. Adjust the amount to suit your taste.

Is it very sour?

There is a lively tartness from the hibiscus, but the elderberry and blackcurrant add enough natural sweetness to balance it out.

How should I store it?

Keep it sealed in a cool, dry place away from heat, sunlight and strong aromas. An airtight tin or the resealable pouch works fine.
