Jasmine Dragon Pearls are one of the finest teas to have in any collection. The top two leaves and buds are plucked within the first 3 weeks of the growing season, infused with Jasmine, then delicately hand rolled into exquisite, intricate pockets of flavour.
Dragon Pearls are best enjoyed at when infused in freshly drawn water at 85°C, which will allow the pearls to brew & bloom rather than scorch and turn bitter. We’d recommend using around 6-8 pearls per cup for a truly luxurious experience.
