Classic Earl Grey does one thing well: black tea and bergamot, clean and familiar. Zesty Earl Grey keeps that backbone but invites orange pieces and lemongrass leaves to the party. The result is a brighter, more layered cup with citrus notes that come from more than one direction.
The blend uses Sri Lankan black tea as its base, giving it enough body to stand up to the fruit without turning thin. Cornflower petals add a splash of colour to the leaf, though the real work happens with the orange and lemongrass.
