What is loose leaf herbal tea?
Loose herbal tea is made from dried herbs, fruits, flowers, and spices — not tea leaves — and is naturally caffeine-free. It’s ideal for evening wind-downs, digestive support, or simply great-tasting hydration.
How do I brew loose leaf herbal tea?
Use 1 heaped teaspoon per cup, steep in freshly boiled water (100°C) for 5–7 minutes, and enjoy hot or iced. For bolder flavour, steep longer or add extra fruit pieces.
Is fruit tea the same as herbal tea?
Fruit teas are technically a type of herbal tea (or “tisane”). They’re made with dried fruit and often blended with herbs or flowers. Both are caffeine-free and full of flavour.
Are your herbal teas natural?
Yes — all our loose fruit and herbal teas are made from 100% natural ingredients, with no added sugars or artificial additives.
