Fresh Flavours for Lighter Days
Spring teas to brighten your cup
Spring brings a shift in what we reach for. Heavier brews give way to lighter, brighter sips – aromatic greens, gentle florals and caffeine-free herbals that feel right as the days stretch out. This collection gathers teas that suit the season: clean, refreshing and easy to drink any time from morning to evening.
The range covers plenty of ground. Blue Spring Oolong offers a smooth, lightly floral character with just enough depth. Decaf Kyushu Sencha Green brings grassy Japanese notes without the caffeine. For something entirely herbal, Meadow Morning Walk and Organic Chamomile Tea are soft and soothing, while Lemongrass Tea and Rooibos De Provence add citrus and Provençal herb warmth.
Whether you drink tea all day or just want something gentle for quieter moments, there is something here. We hand-pack every order in Yorkshire.
How to choose
Caffeine or not
Blue Spring Oolong and Decaf Kyushu Sencha suit mornings. The herbals and rooibos in this collection are naturally caffeine-free, ideal for afternoons and evenings.
Light versus layered
Organic Chamomile and Lemongrass are single-note and simple. Glow and Focus blend several botanicals for more complexity. Pick based on how much you want going on in the cup.
Hot or iced
Lighter teas work beautifully cold-brewed. Lemongrass Tea and Rooibos De Provence are particularly refreshing over ice as the weather warms.

Cold Brew Tea: How to Make Smooth Iced Tea OvernightWhat types of tea are best for spring?
Lighter styles suit the season well. Green teas, oolongs and caffeine-free herbals feel refreshing as the weather warms. This selection includes all three, from grassy Sencha to floral oolong and bright lemongrass.
Can I cold brew these teas?
Yes. Most teas here take well to cold brewing. Simply steep in cold water for four to eight hours in the fridge. Lemongrass and rooibos work especially well this way.
Are herbal teas caffeine-free?
True herbal teas, or tisanes, contain no Camellia sinensis leaves and are naturally caffeine-free. Organic Chamomile, Lemongrass, Organic Dandelion Leaf and the blends in this collection all fall into that category.
What does Blue Spring Oolong taste like?
It sits on the lighter end of the oolong spectrum – smooth, gently floral with a clean finish. Less roasted than darker oolongs, more body than a green tea.
How should I store loose leaf tea?
Keep it in an airtight container away from light, heat and strong odours. A cupboard works fine. Stored properly, loose leaf tea stays fresh for many months.
