Caffeine-free fruit infusion
Rainbow Tea tumbles together berries, citrus and soft petals for a bright, naturally sweet cup. Good hot, even better over ice on a warm afternoon.
The story
This is a proper fruit infusion with something going on. Hibiscus and rosehip give it a ruby-red depth, while strawberry, raspberry and blackberry pile on the berry sweetness. Lemon verbena and lemongrass lift everything with a citrus brightness that stops it feeling cloying.
The florals are gentle. Calendula and cornflower petals add colour and a soft, meadow-like note rather than perfume. What you get is a cup that looks like stained glass and tastes like summer fruit cordial, only without the added sugar.
Hot, it is warming and comforting. Iced, it becomes a proper thirst-quencher: brew it strong, let it cool, pour over ice and watch the light catch that jewel-red colour. Either way, it is a cheerful change from the usual cup.
How to brew it
01Hot
Longer steeping deepens colour and tartness.
02Iced pitcher
Strain over ice for a vibrant summer drink.
03Cold brew
Gentler tartness, sweeter fruit notes.
Shop tip: Give the leaves a stir halfway through steeping to help all those fruits release their colour evenly.

Good questions
No. It is naturally caffeine-free, made entirely from fruit, herbs and flower petals with no tea leaves. You can drink it any time of day.
Best without. The fruity, citrus character does not suit milk. Enjoy it black, or try it iced with a slice of lemon.
Using about 3g per cup, a 50g pouch makes roughly 16–17 cups. The 100g size gives you around 33 cups.
The hibiscus adds tartness, but the strawberry, apple and lemongrass balance it with natural sweetness. It is tangy rather than sour.
Keep it sealed in a cool, dry place away from heat, sunlight and strong aromas. A cupboard away from the hob is ideal.
