Brewed tea — Strawberry Kiwi, served plain in a double-walled glass cup

The story

Strawberry fields meet the fruit bowl

This is the sort of brew that makes you forget about the drizzle outside. Ripe strawberry sweetness leads the way, followed by the bright, tangy lift of kiwi. Underneath, apple pieces add body while hibiscus and rosehip give that vivid ruby colour in the cup.

There is nothing subtle going on here, which is rather the point. The flavour is full and fruity from the first sip to the last, with a clean finish that leaves your mouth watering. No weak, wishy-washy fruit water. This one actually tastes of something.

Brew it hot when you fancy something sweet without reaching for the biscuit tin, or make a jug and chill it for a proper thirst-quencher on warmer days. It suits a sunny afternoon in the garden just as well as a rainy Tuesday at your desk.

Good questions

Things people ask us in the shop

Does Strawberry Kiwi contain caffeine?

No. It is made entirely from fruit and botanicals with no tea leaf, so it is naturally caffeine-free and fine to drink any time.

Can I add milk?

Best without. The fruit flavours are fresh and tangy, and milk would muddy them. A splash of apple juice works nicely if you want extra sweetness.

How many cups will I get from a 100g pouch?

Using roughly one teaspoon (about 3g) per cup, a 100g pouch makes around 33 cups, plenty to keep you going.

Is it good iced?

Very. Brew it double-strength with half the water, steep for four minutes, then pour straight over ice. Or cold brew overnight in the fridge for a smoother result.

How should I store it?

Keep the pouch sealed and store it somewhere cool, dry and away from direct sunlight or strong-smelling foods. It will stay fresh for months.
