How to brew it
01Hot
A longer steep deepens the colour and tartness.
02Iced
Brew strong, strain over a full glass of ice. Top up with cold water if needed.
03Pitcher cold brew
Strain and serve over ice. Keeps chilled for two days.
Shop tip: If you find the tartness too lively, add a thin slice of fresh orange or a teaspoon of honey to round it out.
Made for moments like
When you want a proper cup that tastes like something, not a glass of water, but need to skip the caffeine.
Make a pitcher of cold brew and leave it in the fridge. Guests help themselves, ice cubes clinking.
A warm, ruby-red mug on the side table while you read, watch telly, or just stare out the window.

Good questions
This herbal infusion is naturally caffeine-free.
We would not recommend it. The tartness and the fruit flavours do not pair well with milk. A splash of honey or a slice of orange works better if you want to sweeten or soften it.
At about 3g per cup, 50g makes roughly 16 cups and 100g about 33 cups. Adjust the amount to suit your taste.
It is more tart and less sweet than most fruit teas. The hibiscus provides a cranberry-like zing, and the raspberry leaf adds an earthy, slightly dry edge rather than sugary berry sweetness.
Keep it sealed, cool and dry, away from direct sunlight and strong aromas. An airtight caddy or the resealable pouch it arrives in will keep it fresh for months.
